The lighthouse award honors each program’s top fellow

The Beacon Fellowship is a unique experience where students get to work full-time under the guidance and training of an experienced McKinsey, Bain, or BCG alumnus. The Lighthouse Award is a unique honor that goes to the top Fellow on each program, as determined by the MBB Project Lead.

In other words, the Lighthouse Awardees are not your average students.

The Beacon Lighthouse awardees are superior professionals and excellent colleagues. They ask challenging questions and find challenging answers. They are an inspiration to other Fellows and the glue that holds their team together. In a cohort of top students from elite universities, these Fellows still stood out for the quality of their work and interaction.

The Beacon Lighthouse award recognizes them for their dedication and talent, and challenges them to be a beacon of light in business.
